Steve Chandler     Drawing on Steve’s more than 20 years of working with professionals to dramatically improve their success, the “MindShift” he offers frees people from unnecessary pessimism and puts them back in touch with the source of their enthusiasm for work and life.

Although Steve Chandler graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Creative Writing and Political Science, and spent four years in the military studying language and psychological warfare; he credits his own life experiences with failure as the most valuable tools for helping others. Steve’s audiences are inspired by stories of his “low points” – it gives them hope, because they realize that they are not nearly as bad off as he was – they figure if Steve can transform his life, so can they!

Steve Chandler is now the author of 30 books that have been translated into over 25 languages. His personal success coaching, public speaking and business consulting have been used by CEOs, top professionals, major universities, and over 30 Fortune 500 companies. He has twice won the national Audio of the Year award from King Features Syndicate. A popular guest on TV and radio talk shows, Steve Chandler has recently been called "the most powerful public speaker in America today."

Steve is also a master coach that has helped train hundreds of coaches to transform many lives and businesses. He created the Coaching Prosperity School to assist coaches to build a strong practice and create great clients www.CoachingProsperitySchool.com

Steve believes in the power of coaching so much that he just signed a four-year contract with his own coach, the legendary Steve Hardison.

Steve Chandler appeared in an episode of NBC's Starting Over, an Emmy award-winning reality show based on transforming the lives of six women through life-coaching. Chandler was selected to role-play "father for a day" and to coach Allison, one of the participants at the house.

The show's host, Iyanla Vanzant, said "Everyone at the show is still talking about Steve Chandler. The world will be a better place when this hits the air. I thanked God for him showing up and doing what he did for Allison and for the show."

LET THE BEAUTY WE LOVE BE WHAT WE DO

         Steve Hardison

(pictured in Venice with his lovely wife Amy) is my life coach which means for me that he is my business consultant because he has taught me to do business as if it were the very music I loved the most.

The beautifully creative spiritual poet Rumi recommended, "Let the beauty we love be what we do."

Which is why at a recent seminar I gave on "100 Ways to Create Wealth" I rolled a piano out and sang, "Nobody Knows You When You're Down and Out." My life in music.

I've written about Steve Hardison (
www.theultimatecoach.net) in many books. In 100 Ways to Motivate Yourself I said that I could write an entire book about Steve Hardison's remarkable work in coaching and consulting, and someday I just might. Examples of ways that he coached me to higher levels of performance are plentiful. But I think the greatest thing he has taught me is the value of coaching itself.

Once you open yourself up to being coached, you begin to receive the same advantages enjoyed by great actors and athletes everywhere. When you open yourself up to coaching, you don't become weaker----you grow stronger. You become more responsible for changing yourself.

In The Road Less Traveled, M. Scott Peck writes, "The problem of distinguishing what we are and what we are not responsible for in this life is one of the greatest problems of human existence...we must possess the willingness and the capacity to suffer continual self-examination."

The best coaches show us how to examine ourselves. It takes courage to ask for coaching, but the rewards can be great. The best moments come when your coach helps you do something you have previously been afraid to do. When Hardison would recommend that I do something I was afraid to do I'd say, "I don't know if I could do that."

"So don't be you," he would say. "If you can't do that, then be someone else. Be someone who could do it. Be Brando, be Bruce Lee, be anybody, I don't care, as long as you do it."  Steve's coaching contribution to my life is illustrated in these words by French philosopher Guillaume Apollinaire: Come to the edge,' he said. They said, 'We are afraid.' 'Come to the edge,' he said. They came. He pushed them. And they flew.

And now Steve Hardison finally, after all these years, actually has a website:
www.theultimatecoach.net.

And I believe these words by Rumi could also have been written by Hardison:

Today, like every other day, we wake up empty
and frightened. Don't open the door to the study
and begin reading. Take down a musical instrument.
Let the beauty we love be what we do.
There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don't go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don't go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don't go back to sleep.

Bradian Hypnotherapy: The hypnotherapy approach developed by Lindsay A. Brady, C. Ht, is a unique approach for using "hypnosis" to change your self-perceptions—change how you "see" yourself and how you perceive yourself responding to events in your day-to-day life—and consequently change your behavior. Once you "perceive" yourself behaving differently, the process that causes the change just happens... like magic. The validity of this statement is demonstrated to every client during their session.

Bradian Hypnotherapy can help you to...Be a healthy non-smoker (or be smokeless tobacco-free) for life.  Take charge of your eating and exercise habits, resulting in weight loss and a trim, healthy body.  Feel confident when speaking or performing in public. Remove stress and anxiety and create a sense of well-being and peace of mind. Create a peaceful awareness that will enhance healing processes and embolden your immune system, thus promoting good overall health. Sustain consistent action for reaching your goals and objectives. And reduce or remove physical pain.

Terrence N. Hill    "Two Guys Read Moby-Dick"
by Steve Chandler and Terrence N. Hill

               Terrence Hill

Terry worked in advertising – as a writer and creative director – for more than thirty years in Toronto , Detroit , Washington , New York , London and Paris . After quitting, Terry started writing for himself. He's written and published poetry, essays and short fiction. In 2005, he won the Playhouse on the Green (Bridgeport, CT) playwriting competition with his first play Hamlet – The Sequel , and published his first book – Two Guys Read Moby-Dick (co-written with Steve Chandler). It was a good year. The second book in the “Two Guys” series – Two Guys Read the Obituaries – was published in the fall of 2006.

Friends for almost five decades, Steve Chandler and Terry Hill maintain a lively and often hilarious correspondence about reading Melville, people who've died, and pretty much anything else that strikes their interest. They are engagingly susceptible to digression.
