      "I wanted to thank you for your presentation to our group at University of Phoenix in Chicago. I have been in sales and leadership for all of my adult life and have been to a million conferences like these. That being said, I have also heard dozens of motivational speakers. Not once have I heard anything as powerful as what you presented.  As a supervisor, it has made an impact on me and I have been more conscious in the past week of taking control of my attitude and holding myself accountable for being an "owner."
